Subscription Policy – Vis Tes Rêves
By subscribing to an offer from Vis Tes Rêves, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Commitment Period
The subscription commits the client for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of subscription.
During this one-year commitment period, the subscription cannot be terminated early, except as specifically provided by law or by special agreement with the company.
2. Automatic Renewal
At the end of the initial 12-month period, the subscription will be automatically renewed for a new period, unless the client requests its termination before the renewal date according to the terms and conditions provided by the store.
3. Termination
The client may request the cancellation of their subscription from the end of the first year of commitment.
Any termination request must be made before the automatic renewal date to avoid renewal for the subsequent period.
4. Access to Content
The subscription provides access to content, resources, information, materials, videos, documents, training, or other elements offered by Vis Tes Rêves, depending on the chosen offer.
This access is strictly personal, individual, and non-transferable.
5. Content Protection
All content offered as part of the subscription is protected by intellectual property rights.
It is strictly prohibited to:
- copy, reproduce, or plagiarize all or part of the content;
- share, disseminate, transmit, or resell the content to third parties;
- make the content available on social networks, platforms, private or public groups, messaging services, or any other medium;
- use the content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from Vis Tes Rêves.
Any misuse, unauthorized dissemination, plagiarism, or illegal sharing may result in the suspension or deletion of subscription access, without refund, and may lead to prosecution if necessary.
6. Acceptance of Terms
Subscribing to the service implies full and complete acceptance of this subscription policy as well as the general terms and conditions of sale of Vis Tes Rêves.
